Michael Wilson

Founder


Michael has over 30 years' experience in selling residential property and holds both a Fellowship in the National Association of Estate Agents and an RICS affiliated honours degree. His energy and enthusiasm are matched equally by his uncompromising professional approach to the business. Michael is a keen cyclist and a lover of the great outdoors; but finds much of his spare time is consumed by his twin daughters.

Liz Thomson

Founder


Liz studied modern languages and business at university but always had a passion for architecture and interior design. Now with over 30 years in agency Liz's reputation in the industry is undisputed. Our business has been built on the back of our clients' respect for her integrity and straightforward approach to everything we do as a brand.

Tim Kane

Sales Director


Tim cut his teeth in estate agency in St Johns Wood in 1999 and then moved back to Notting Hill to further his career, the area he knows and loves best and indeed where he grew up. Tim’s focus is on providing exemplary client service in an increasingly corporate marketplace and Mountgrange Heritage with its independent status and competitive edge was an easy choice for his next career move.

Emma Clowes

Sales Director


After a number of years as an estate agent in Cheshire, Emma moved to London in 2010. Over the last decade she has worked for Marsh & Parsons and Savills gaining knowledge of prime central London working in Maida Vale, Notting Hill, Marylebone and Fulham. Emma’s enthusiasm and passion for the role comes through by her professional approach to customer service and honest advice.

Annabel Kastelic

Director of Lettings


Annabel was born and raised in London and has experienced its vibrancy and culture first hand. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth and obtaining a degree in Sociology, Annabel threw herself straight into the property industry starting at a large corporate estate agency and specialised in short lets during her time. 6 years later she progressed onto Mountgrange to offer a more personable and specialised service for landlords, bringing with her an array of experience particularly within the short let market.

Nichola Andrews

Director of Property Management


Nichola has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Working her way up through the industry she spent 11 years with a private property investor in west London helping to build and maintain a significant portfolio before joining Mountgrange to spearhead the growth of our property management portfolio. Her qualification in interior design enables her to add an element of design expertise to the refurbishments she project manages for our clients.

Kate Mason

Country Office Director


Kate left a successful career in IT several years ago to manage rural estates and properties in the Cotswolds for private clients. She dealt with all aspects of estate services from agricultural and land management to sales, lettings and property finding. This experience was fundamental in her most recent role in sales at an exclusive lakeside estate.

Henry Liu

Associate Director


After studying design at Loughborough University, Henry started working for an infamous department store in London, here he learnt exceptional customer service and sales skills. Three years later he moved into estate agency; where he implemented these skills and spent the next six years fine tuning and incorporating them with his landlords and tenants in the unique London lettings market.

Elizabeth Walker

Senior Associate


Elizabeth moved to London in 2018 and started her career in property working at a corporate agency in Residential Lettings for over four years. Elizabeth developed how to deliver exceptional customer service and sales skills and learnt the importance of building long lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. She decided to join an independent agency were she brings forth a unique blend of expertise, dedication and enthusiasm for property. Elizabeth enjoys running and finding a local restaurant to rave about!

Laura Vorosmarty

Accounts Director


Laura joined the company in 2007 having initially worked in Media Marketing at a publishing company in Budapest. Laura has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of efficiency in our Accounts Department. Having lived for several years in the Kent suburbs with her young family she enjoys the energy of Notting Hill during the week.

Gillian Pushkarna

Associate Director


Gillian has been involved with the Kensington & Chelsea property market for the past 30 years. From front office estate agency to the buying and selling of several property developments and running a lettings portfolio in The Borough. Gillian’s extensive experience will help guide any buyer and client in the right direction.

Andrew Johnstone

Associate Director


Having graduated from university with a degree in business and finance, Andrew began his career in commercial property working for an independent firm of chartered surveyors. After four years he decided to make the move to the residential lettings department of a west London agent where his passion for the area and role flourished.

Veronica Wells

Associate Director


Veronica has worked in the property industry since 2010, working in both sales and lettings and eventually finding her footing in property management. With a degree in Fine Art she is drawn to creativity and in her spare time exhibits and sells her own work. Veronica enjoys the outdoors with her two children and is a keen cyclist who braves the London streets most days on her way to work on her bike.

Tom French

Associate Director


After a successful career in professional rugby with Wasps, Tom started working for an independent estate agency in Ealing, where he gained experience and an extensive depth of knowledge in both sales, lettings and property management. Four years later Tom set up his own sales and lettings business which he ran for 18 months before unfortunately having to close it due to the pandemic lockdowns. Bouncing back Tom spent over two years with a London estate agency where he honed his skills and knowledge with a particular focus on property management providing first class customer service to both Landlords and Tenants.

Noor El Chamcham

Senior Property Manager


After graduating from Chelsea College of Art with a BA in interior and special design, Noor decided to take up a career in property. Now with over 10 years under her belt, having experienced various areas of the industry, she has found property management to be the most challenging and rewarding field to work in. Having worked for large corporate agencies in the past, she has chosen to bring her focus on delivering excellent client service to Mountgrange.

William Cherry

Sales Operation Manager


William started his career with Savills in 2016, serving as the sole administrator for some of their largest and most important portfolio clients. He is now thrilled to join Mountgrange Heritage and delve into a more bespoke part of the market. William is looking to leverage his expertise, customer service focus, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service to clients and contribute to the continued success of the team.

Honor Brooksbank

Sales Associate


Originally from North Yorkshire, Honor began her property career in Guernsey in 2019, gaining experience across the open and local market with a leading estate agency in the Channel Islands. Honor has a flair for interior design and is relied upon for providing honest advice and guiding you through the property market. Outside work, when she is not socialising with friends Honor enjoys going skiing and marathon training.

Arne Conroy

Sales Associate


Since entering the property industry in 2022, Arne has cultivated a deep passion for property, prompting his move from the south-west to the vibrant prime central London market. Known for his trustworthiness and keen listening skills, Arne strives to support clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives - buying a home. Originally from Dorset, his experience living between London and Bournemouth has given him a interesting blend of city and rural perspectives. In his spare time, Arne enjoys rock climbing, rugby, and immersing himself in a good book.

Katie Hellewell

Lettings Associate


After obtaining her degree in Interior Architecture, Katie decided to relocate to London, a move which was motivated by the pursuit of better opportunities and a desire to expand her knowledge in the property field. On that journey, she delved into various aspects of the property industry, including design, finance and property management. Katie finally decided to transfer those skills and combine them with her passion for delivering excellent client service to a role in the busy London residential lettings market.

Archie Turner

Lettings Associate


After gaining a first class degree in Business & Management, Archie began his career in branding and events before transitioning to the property sector. His first-hand experience in property management, sustainability and customer relations allows him to discuss the property market from multiple perspectives. As an avid rugby player who has competed for Saracens and London Wasps, Archie brings the same discipline and teamwork to his professional role, ensuring integrity, professionalism and optimal outcomes.

Emily Atkinson

Lettings Associate


Emily previously worked in the fashion industry and had a change of career during Covid into the world of property where she now has several years’ experience. Starting with the country market in her home town, Beaconsfield, and moving on to the prime central London market first in the City and now Kensington and Chelsea. In her free time, she loves figure skating and skiing.

Kathryn Root

Tenancy Progressor


Kathryn has been working in the industry since 2018, when she started her career with a successful independent agency in Surrey. She decided to move to London in 2021 and has put her quality customer service to use in a highly competitive market. Every weekend, Kathryn travels down to Surrey to horse ride and to get her fix of the countryside.

Jodi Rowlands-Hunt

Accounts Administrator


Jodi has worked in estate agency since 2002, for a number of firms, both corporate and independent. She has worked in the Royal Borough since 2005 and has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of lettings, ensuring she is up to date with all the latest legislation. Away from work, she spends her time with her family with two young daughters and Bella the cockapoo, as well as being an extremely keen cook.

Brenda Dailey

Senior Administrator


Brenda moved into the world of estate agency over 15 years ago and her role as a Senior Coordinator in our Property Management Department is invaluable. She is the lynch pin of the team and makes everything run smoothly; her attention to detail and efficiency is second to none. Brenda enjoys the variety in her role and the problem solving element of work she does.

Sharon Evans

Office Manager – Notting Hill Office


Sharon has been working in the world of Estate Agency for over 20 years and is still going strong. Her role as Office Manager is pivotal in the efficient running of our busy Notting Hill office and her calm manner and approach have a positive influence on the team.

Becky Mitchell

Marketing Manager


After graduating from Central Saint Martins with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, Becky spent over 10 years working with leading global brands in the advertising industry. Beginning her career as a Designer and transitioning into Brand Management within the luxury sector, she developed a diverse skill set across design and marketing, contributing to campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised names. Now, she applies her experience in design and luxury brand management to her role as Marketing Manager.
